I'm pleased to hear the tone of these announcements, but considering the lack of actual, hard data, tone is all we get for the moment.
I further suspect that the bids come with a lot of conditions that the Alaska government will have to address long before we see any actual construction.
Still, it's a milestone, and I'll allow myself to buy in to TC's enthusiasm. At least for now.
